July is BIPOC Mental Health Month. This is an important time to honor the strength, resilience, and distinct mental health journeys of Black, Indigenous, and people of color. According to Resources to Recover, BIPOC individuals are disproportionately affected by lack of access to quality health care, health insurance, and/or linguistically and culturally responsive health care.

Join us for the Mindful Mondays: Pillars of Well-being 4-Week Series

Karla Hargrove, M.A., LPC is back for another virtual 4-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) series. During the series, you'll learn mindfulness-based skills that can change your relationship with your thoughts, feelings, and pain. Our program focuses on guiding participants in mindfulness meditation. This will include mindful eating, breath awareness, meditation, self-awareness, proactive ways to approach stress and mindful yoga, aimed at all ability levels.
