Dr. Zinbarg has been specializing in the treatment and study of anxiety, panic and depression since 1989. He has trained with several luminaries in the field including David H. Barlow and Edna Foa.

Mr. Husbands earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern College in Orange City Iowa. There he served as a research assistant on several research teams as well as was an intern at a crisis center for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Dr. Sotonye Hart is a postdoctoral fellow at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. She obtained her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in child and adolescent psychology from Wheaton College.
