The Family Institute is located in the Willoughby Tower building at 8 S. Michigan Ave., right across the street from Grant Park and the Bean. For your first appointment, check-in with reception located on the 10th floor. We are two doors south on Michigan Avenue from the intersection of Michigan and Madison.
Hours of operation vary depending on the availability of individual therapists.

Convenient parking is available across the street from our office at the Grant Park North Parking Garage. Entrance to the garage is accessible from Michigan Avenue, heading north (Madison) and south (Randolph).
