Dr. Livorsi has over fifteen years of experience, with much of her career focusing on the clinical needs of children, adolescents and their families. Having provided clinical leadership in a variety of therapeutic settings, including alternative school placements and residential programs, Dr. Livorsi is skilled at partnering with clients and the external systems with which they interact to resolve problems and promote wellbeing. Dr. Livorsi’s style is relational; she uses empathy, respect and humor to build strong working alliances and help clients achieve their goals. She has a special interest in attachment theory/attachment styles, and how these early relationships impact present day issues.

In addition, Dr. Livorsi is a certified Mediator and able to consult with clients who are seeking conflict resolution services. She is also available to provide clinical supervision/consultation to mental health clinicians.
