Spring 2025 MBSR Series Dates & Times
- Orientation: Monday, March 31 | 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Sessions 1-8: Mondays, April 7 – May 26* | 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- All-Day Retreat: Saturday, May 17 | 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (between sessions 6 and 7)
*This Monday is Memorial Day, so the class may choose an alternate day to meet that week.
