Mr. Cantor works with adolescents to adults, respecting and integrating their cultural contexts and practices. He specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and life stage transitions.
In his practice, Mr. Cantor uses effective methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These approaches help clients understand their emotions, navigate thoughts, cope with stress, and regulate their feelings.
