Mili firmly believes in meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. Mili uses an eclectic approach which is informed by therapeutic models such as Psychodynamic, Humanistic, ACT, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family System. Empathy, collaboration, cultural sensitivity and playfulness are the foundational pillars of their therapeutic practice. Psychodynamic theory helps them work collaboratively with clients to examine past experiences and relationships while seeking insights into present challenges. By understanding your unique history and intersection with society, they aim to develop a comprehensive understanding as well as embrace the complexities of your experiences. They also strive to help find out and emphasize your resilience, experiences, values, and aspirations. With the help of narrative techniques, they assist clients in reframing and rewriting the narratives that may be constraining them. Their goal is to co-create a therapeutic environment where the client can feel safe to explore, understand, and use IFS to help accept all parts of themselves and build self-compassion.
By integrating these diverse modalities, Mili tailors therapy sessions to meet each client's specific needs and goals. Together, they collaborate with clients to craft a therapeutic journey that leverages the strengths of each approach, ensuring a comprehensive, flexible, and effective path toward achieving desired outcomes.
