Burnout is a widespread issue that impacts individuals across all areas of life—whether at work, school, in relationships, or in response to current events. It often manifests as emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion, leaving people feeling drained and unable to cope with everyday demands.

Common symptoms of burnout include:

  • Chronic fatigue and a sense of overwhelm in managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Emotional detachment, leading to irritability or lack of fulfillment in personal relationships.
  • Increased stress in reaction to media and political events, contributing to anxiety and frustration.
  • Difficulty concentrating, especially for those with neurodivergent conditions like ADHD.

In this webinar, Michael Goldstone, LCSWRich Gauthier, LCSWAbigail Serafin, LSW and Jenny White, M.S.W, LCSW will explore the roots of burnout, its impact on both mental and physical well-being, and strategies for overcoming it.
